PITTSBURGH, PA Jul 8, 2006 — ArrowStarr, the global leader in Neuro-Linguistic based video productions, today announced that Radalink Inc., the world’s largest network of radon testing and mitigation affiliates, has retained ArrowStarr to help build and implement Radalink’s Marketing and Communications Plan.  

In its state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot home office and radon TeleMonitor technology center, Radalink manages its network of 1,200 affiliates in 36 states.  With a command staff of 15, radon tests are monitored, downloaded, read, and interpreted by specialists who then upload the results into a fine-tuned report that includes data regarding barometric pressure, temperature, time, and humidity that occurred during the testing period.  With a shipping volume of 1,500 Telemonitors and an average inventory turnover rate of 12 times per year Radalink, is ranked as the largest radon detection leasing company in the US

But that’s how it used to be.  “When we first met the management of Radalink, the company had plateaued to about 300 affiliates.  They wanted an avenue to pursue growth and had decided that video could help explain their story.  After meeting with them, we identified that they had three different markets to address and therefore needed three different videos. They’ve now grown to over 1200 affiliates in 36 states—that’s an impressive 207% growth in the last four years.

The video allowed new affiliates to hear our story, see what our product could do for their business and make a quicker decision to use our services.  It was just too difficult to explain all of the nuances and really help them “see” what we meant.  Also each new prospect received the same message—there was just no way to leave out information as we sometimes did in a presentation.  Prospects could view the video in the privacy and comfort of their offices and pick the phone to ask any questions.  They also felt an unprecedented level of support in this industry from our company because they, too, would receive a video to  help reach their target market and achieve similar success.
